If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase within 14 days of the ship-date.

RETURN POLICY

If for any reason, you or the recipient are not fully satisfied with your order, please call us at +44 1223 477 101, or Email at info@africantreasures.co.uk , and we will promptly refund your money, re-ship or replace your order, OR make other arrangements. 

Please note that refunds will not include delivery or return costs.

We are happy to replace most products but there are some exceptions that cannot be returned

unless they are faulty. These products include earrings and products Made To Order

If you believe your package was damaged in shipping, please contact us within 5 days of delivery, PS "Remember to take a photo of damaged parcel" and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, and Paypal as valid payment methods.

Your transaction will be processed in a secure environment.

If you pay by Credit or Debit Card, the total order amount will be authorized for payment

but we will only charge for the goods as they are dispatched.

AVAILIBILITY / BACK ORDERS

We aim to keep all of our products in stock however from time to time they may become unavailable.

You can find out more information on the availibility of items by contacting our Customer Care team by phone or email who will be able to inform you when items are due back in stock. Due to the fact that almost all of our

items/products are from Africa we sometimes have an expected delivery time of 2 - 3 weeks.

Due to Covid19, we have limited stock available and will only be able to supply your favourite African Gifts once shipments are allowed Internationally.
